Me and my boyfriend ate here for the first time today. The owner was very welcoming and helped me navigate the menu. I tend to be picky with my food selections and he was able to guide me in the right direction quickly. We ordered the Garlic Chicken Fries and wow... just wow... the only mistake was not getting two so I didn’t have to share. The flavors worked so beautifully together. We also ordered the Mac and cheese bites. Unfortunately I made the same mistake and only ordered one for us to share but boy were they delicious. The owner said we had to try the Sweet Corn Nuggets and he was not wrong. I’ve never had anything like it before. We will be back to try more of the menu!!!

This place was delicious, if you like food in the more savory side this is your place. I had their fries with the chicken and buffalo sauce. The combination of their crunchy potatoes with the sauce, very delicious. I took a bite of their burger, very homie. Will need to come back and try their other combinations. Staff was kind and patient. Thank you.

Young gals working and learning the register, did a great job. Food only took a little over 5 minutes and they were slinging carry out, too. Wife's chicken sandwich was off the charts, my fingers were pretty dang big and very tasty. Kids ate every bit of their meal. Our favorite chicken in town for a quick bite, so far. Thanks yall.

Fantastic food. Excellent all white meat chicken fingers fried perfectly. The sauce was a little bit watery versus other places if you're thinking about like a thicker barbecue sauce. But it was very very good. The atmosphere was basic it's kind of a hole in the wall place. I had two big screen TVs one was sports one with a Disney movie on. There was only one bathroom and it was out of paper towels. They were playing Christian music over the speakers. It's fine it's their shop they can play what they want, but I didn't come to be proselytized to. I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend them over some of the chain places nearby.

The owners here are amazing and the food is great. They cater events and they are great go to place in Keizer/Salem. Their wraps, sides, sauces, and brownies are so good. They catered events for legislators and it was a hit. The prices, selections, and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend coming here!

The chicken shack has the best wings in Oregon hands down. Anytime I am remotely close to Salem Kaiser, I always visit here to eat. Besides the wings being amazing, their garlic fries are incredible. The people who work here are all incredibly kind and patient and very attentive. The eating area is always clean and the atmosphere is very inviting.

While I was eating in, a guest was berating the staff and threatening to call the police on them over his order and that they could not do a refund the specific way he wanted. The staff handled the situation very calmly and politely, and I was very impressed with them and their patience. Food was great.

This place is amazing. The chicken tenders and fries are so delicious, the chicken is tender and very juicy and the fries are very crispy and very delicious 10/10. There are lots of sauces to choose from, all of them are really good and the service is really good. Each time I go to chicken shack the service is really good and the people there are nice. I'd say the price is reasonable and affordable. Overall 10/10 very scrumptious.
